Esplendor Geométrico returns with El Pulso del Acero: Shinkansen, a 16-track exploration of their signature industrial sound. This collection merges hypnotic rhythmic textures with layered vocal and noise elements, balancing visceral reconstructions of their '80s material—including the fan-favorite "Auto Reverse"—alongside forward-thinking compositions reminiscent of Strepitus Rhythmicus. Ten tracks emerge from 2025 sessions in Tokyo with founding member Arturo Lanz, while six previously vinyl-unavailable pieces from a 2023 ultra-limited CD collaboration with De Fabriek complete the album. As a duo since 1991, Lanz and Saverio Evangelista continue their four-decade trajectory of uncompromising electronic innovation, cementing their status as architects of rhythm & noise and influential figures across industrial, techno, and experimental music landscapes.
