Golden Apes - The Sun Came Up Tremendously

For over twenty years, Golden Apes have carved a distinctive path through post-punk, dark wave, and gothic rock, blending delicate melodies with driving basslines and ethereal soundscapes into a sound that echoes Joy Division, The Cure, and Cocteau Twins while engaging contemporary acts like The Horrors and Interpol. Their atmospheric depth and stylistic richness have earned them a devoted international following across prestigious festivals including Wave-Gotik-Treffen and Castle Party, with extensive touring throughout North America, Europe, and Russia solidifying their place alongside both scene legends and the next generation of dark alternative music.
