Heimberg - Faceless

Emerging from Strasbourg, France, Heimberg craft a cold, hypnotic strain of post-punk steeped in industrial austerity. Minimalist yet melodic, their sound is built from stark drum machine patterns, brooding bass, and shadowed synths, with reverbed guitars floating above and vocals delivered at a distant, emotional remove. The result is raw, stern, and deeply immersive.

With Faceless, Heimberg delivers their debut album after two earlier EPs (Isolation and Blind Eye), refining their sound into something more focused and unsettling. Drawing from repetition, restraint, and uneasy atmosphere, the album unfolds like a slow trance, where tension accumulates rather than resolves. It’s music that lingers in the half-dream, equal parts mechanical and haunted.
